tips for you to relax

                                                                

 . Listen to soft jazz

 . Do something that relaxes you for 10 minutes everyday.

 . You can do the objects that we have down in here.

 

 . Also you can do the relaxation experiences.

How to make the sushi ? 

Materials:

sponges or one sponge

paint (or the sponges of different colors).

 

If you only have one sponge see these instructions: 

  

First it depends on the sponge that you have the different cuts. If you have a sponge in the shape of a circle, you only have to cut on the outside. If it is not in the form of a circle, you must first cut the circle. And with your paintings you paint the parts of the sushi. And the part that you cut the black spots and glued it to the other part. And there is your sushi.

This depends on what you like and what you have.

1. you have to find things that relax you: squishies, stuffed animals, something that has a good smell or a good sound. That only depends on you.

2.A place, box or a place where you can put it. After that you just need to use it when you get stressed.

Welcome everyone to today's meditation. To start, remember to be in a quiet room in which you feel comfortable to listen to the meditation very calmly and carefully. We will start by putting our hands on the heart, taking a deep breath and thinking about a purpose that we want to meditate (Peace, tranquility, love, discipline, it can be anything that your heart requires), having that word in the heart and the mind we will start the meditation. Remember to let pass  every thought you have; and flow and pass by following your breath ... listen to the meditation and flow with it

Hindus were the first to use mandalas as a form of meditation and spiritual connection. They represent the union of the universe with oneself and is done through geometric figures.

It has multiple benefits which are.

  1.  They enhance concentration

  2.   Flexibility of thought.

  3.   Discipline skills, accuracy   and    precision.

  4.   Relax naturally.

  5.   Promotes rest and sleep

  6.   Stimulate the imagination

  7.   Express your inner world and  spirit.

 

Let the mandalas absorb your full attention. Relax when you start coloring , let the thoughts and feelings come to you freely. Enjoy the beautiful designs that your mind gives you and achieve the balance in your life.
